Calender function on my PDA.
People often look at me with a rather strange look during my normal daily activities. After being a firefighter for over ten years I am now involved with logistical work for my department. Throughout my day I receive numerous requests for various pieces of equipment and supplies. Along with those requests I am also in charge of physically repairing some of the items. What is absolutely my most important tool is not a screwdriver. Its not a pen and pad. Its my Palm Treo 650 PDA. I wear it on a holster and I can instantly grab it and write down what I need to accomplish. I can even set it to a specific date with an alarm to remind me. People look at me with a puzzled look however I couldn't live without this. For me it has to be the most productive and organizing piece of technology I own! |
